Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the heart of our operation, ensuring every guest has a fantastic time from the moment they arrive. Your duties will include:

  • Checking Customers In: Welcome guests with a warm smile and efficiently check them in for their chosen activity.

  • Selling Tickets: Provide helpful information and assist guests in purchasing tickets for our various attractions.

  • Customer Service: Be a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for any questions or concerns guests may have.

  • Multi-tasking: Juggle multiple tasks with ease in our fast-paced environment.

  • Phone and Live Chat Support: Engage with customers via phone and live chat, assisting with inquiries and reservations.
