Where are you located?

We are located in Harbor Walk Village at 16 Harbor Blvd. in Destin, Florida.

How many people can fit on a pontoon boat?

All of our boats are 25 feet Harris Kayot. The Coast Guard limits rental operations to 12 people max (yes, that includes babies).

What if it rains?

Pontoons: Refunds are only given if equipment has not been used. If you have left the dock on your pontoon boat NO refunds or rain checks will be granted outside of your reservation time.

Jet Skis: Refunds are only given if equipment has not been used. If you don’t use all your time, you can use the remaining time at another time or date as long as you keep your receipt. Have an attendant mark off the time used.

When is the best time to see dolphins?

The dolphins in our area are in their natural habitat and can be seen on any of our cruises. We see dolphins about 99% of the time.

How long does a parasailing trip take?

The excursion is part parasailing and part boat ride, so you should plan on being out on the pristine Gulf of Mexico waters for about an hour to an hour and a half. You should be up in the air for around 12 minutes.

Do you allow spectators on parasail trips?

Yes, if there is space available at the time of departure for a fee.

Do I need previous boating experience?

No, we go through full instructions with you to ensure that you are comfortable with driving the WaveRunner or Pontoon before you leave the dock.

Do you provide life jackets?

Yes. Life jackets are provided for children and adults and are available in all sizes. It is required that all passengers 6 years old and under wear a life preserver while the boat is moving. Boogies has some small life jackets but recommends if you have one that is US Coast Guard approved to bring it with you.

Is Dolphin Cruise Dog-Friendly?

No dogs allowed except service dogs.

Can I Bring My Dog to Pontoon Rental?

Please note that while dogs are welcome aboard our dolphin cruises, for pontoon rentals, there is a small additional fee for bringing your four-legged companion along.

Is parasailing scary?

Actually, it’s quite the opposite. Parasailing is very serene and peaceful. Because the take-offs and landings are slow and gradual, you don’t have to worry about having a frightening experience.

What is the weight limit for parasailing?

Ultimately, this comes down to wind speed but it ranges from 425-450. The captain makes the final decision with your safety being their highest priority.

How old do you have to be to ___________?

Parasailing - 6 years old
WaveRunners - 5 years old & must sit behind the driver
Pontoons - No age requirement
To Drive a WaveRunner - 16 years old (with captain’s test)
To Drive a Pontoon Boat - 16 years old (with captain’s test)

When is the water color clear blue like I see in pictures?

This depends on the tides which change daily. High tide is when the water is the most clear (void from any bad weather). A quick Google search for ‘Destin, Florida Tide Charts’ should help you see the tide schedule for the day.

Do you offer captains to drive the boat?

No, we do not.

How big are your pontoon boats?

24 ft.

How long is the Glass Bottom Boat tour?

2 hours.

What should we bring to Crab Island?

1. Waterproof Camera

2. Sunscreen

3. Picnic Items (NO grilling Please)

4. Water Toys (Floats, Balls, Frisbees, Snorkels, etc.)

5. If you have small children and they have their own life jackets PLEASE bring them. Boogies has limited children's life jackets.

6. Towel

9. Snacks (there are some food vendors on Crab Island)
