• If you do not use all of your rental time, you will be offered a raincheck that will let you come back and enjoy the remaining rental time on a different day.
• We prioritize safety: For your safety and that of others, please note that you cannot go out on the water if the driver does not speak English.

• Strap the hat to your chin before speeding up, or place it under the seat to avoid losing.
• There are many vendors on Crab Island that sell water toys, food, drinks, etc.
• Tips and positive online reviews are greatly appreciated and encouraged — leaving a 5-star review entitles you to have a 20% discount on any service offered by Boogies Watersports when you book next time with us at the information center.

• Purchase or Pick Up Prepaid Tickets: 16 Harbor Blvd. Destin, FL 32541. Look for our Boogies Watersports sales booth, located on the Upper or Lower Level to the left of Margaritaville.
• Departure Point: Go down the stairs by Margaritaville, to the docks, and then follow the docks all the way toward the bridge.
• Ending Point: The rental must end back at the Departure Point.

• ALL drivers will need to bring a picture I.D. with a birth date. If you already have a Florida Boaters License please bring this with you.
• Waterproof camera.
• Hat with a chin strap to prevent it from getting lost at high speeds.
• Inexpensive goggles.

1. Operators (drivers) must sign a liability waiver.
2. Operators (drivers) will ensure that all passengers on the vessel have signed a liability waiver prior to leaving the dock.
3. Operators (drivers) must receive training procedures from Boogies Watersports and follow all safety rules.
4. Each operator (driver) must have on their person a valid form of ID and if born on or after January 1, 1988, a current Florida Boater's Safety Card or a Nationally Recognized Boater's Safety Card.
• 2 WaveRunner Buddy System to ride in Gulf of Mexico (Weather Permitting).
• Our WaveRunners hold up to 3 people or 400 pounds.
• Must be 5 years old to ride and sit behind the driver, 16 years old to operate (drive), and 18 years old to rent.

Please cancel 24 hours prior to the WaveRunner rental start time for a full refund. If the rental is cut short due to inclement weather or WaveRunner issues we will issue a raincheck that can be used for a different rental date and time. If the trip is canceled by Boogies Watersports you will be issued a full refund minus the ticket fee if booked online.
Once you leave the docks there are no refunds or rain checks so please make sure the weather will be good for the duration of your trip. If a storm comes through while you are out we ask if it is lightning to return back to the docks for your safety. If it is a light rain you can stay out. Once the storm blows through you can take your WaveRunner back out but we will not extend your time while you are at the docks. If you do not use all your time we will give you your slip back and you can use your remaining time on a different day.
